Since my project had many different lenses to look through, it expected me to do tons of RESEARCH. I wanted to make sure that everything that I was researching was accurate so that I could educate others with the most current and correct information. This is a picture of all the questions that I asked prior to research to make sure that I could go as in-depth as possible. I added more and more questions the more that I researched and came across new and important information.
Since most of my research was virtual, I wanted to do more design work in the physical aspect which required me to do a lot of communicating with others. Here is a picture of the multiple surveys that I sent out to make sure that people were liking my product by keeping them informed every step of the way. I wanted people to like the shoes that I was making and be willing to wear them, which is why I decided to develop as a designer through strong COMMUNICATION.
My product had a very tight schedule which is why I decided to plan ahead of time. I created a process journal that allowed me to identify all of my deadlines and everything I needed to get done before then. I put in everything that I needed to get done and adjusted it as I went along and more and more issues came up. Having the security that I was always planning what I was going to do next allowed my timeline/process journal to be successfully allowing me to deliver a high-level product.
