Above is a picture of a bento box, this was one of the many ingredients I wanted to get and the recipe required but I could not get. Therefore, I used the critical thinking ATL to help me think of other ways to present and make this incredible cuisine.
My learner profile trait is risk taker because the way Japenese cuisine is presented it is more professional and fancy. This caused me to take a risk because I am not used to presenting my food and meals this way; but in the end the risk taking paid off.
I used my calender on my computer to help me plan the due dates and in the notes section of the even I explained what was due. This helped me better organize my time and help me better understand the importance of time management.
