Changes are not Saving

Make sure you are Authenticated. Use the HCSD Bookmarks folder to Reauthenticate. Refresh and try again.

Click on the save icon inside your Kami Document. Press "Save Now" and force changes to your Kami Document.

Check and make sure your Chromebook is connected to WIFI. Refer to our WIFI issues troubleshooting guide

Try Clearing your Browsing History and Cache

The Document I Turned in is Blank

Check to make sure that the right document is attached to your Google Classroom Assignment.

If you had to create a copy of the document to complete your work then your document with your annotations should be saved in your Google Drive. - default folder Kami Uploads

Return to your Google Classroom Assignment and attach the document with your work on it. Click "View Assignment", under "Your Work" click "Add" and attach your file from your Drive. Turn in the assignment.

Text Disappears

Make sure that the document is named after you and it is your copy of the document in your drive. You can see this by looking at your Kami Bar you should see the Drive Icon >Your Google Classroom > Your Name or Drive Icon and whatever you named your file.
