Change the time zone to "Chicago" in your iPad settings.

If you're not receiving feedback from teachers, grade changes, or other shared items , you may need to turn on your notifications. Follow the steps below to turn them on.

1. In ECHO, click the student name.

2. Choose "settings"

3. Scroll down until you see "notifications"

4. Choose the notifications you want to receive and how often you would like to get them. Most students should select "daily" where it says "I receive a score or feedback".

3. Under "About Our School", you may select the login page for ECHO's student AND parent portal or PowerSchool Parent Portal

If your email isn't working, it could mean that your iPad needs to be reset. Do you have an app on your iPad that says "Apple Store"? If you do, you will need to reset your iPad. A video tutorial is available using the link at the top of this page.

Link sharing must be turned on in order for your teacher to view assignments. Follow the steps below to turn on link sharing.

1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.

2. In the top right corner, click Share.

3. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box.

4. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to "Anyone with the link."

5. Choose "edit".

If you are trying to submit an assignment on ECHO and you see "Pop Ups not allowed" You will need to disable your pop up blocker. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to "Settings" on your iPad

2. Choose "Safari"

3. Turn off "Block Pop Up"

4. When you try to submit the assignment you will get this alert: "This site is trying to enable pop ups"

5. Click "allow"
