In the push for the exploration of emergent materials, the ministry of science and technology (MOST) of Taiwan has founded a program called "Taiwan Consortium of Emergent Crystalline Materials (TCECM)" since 2009. As a key laboratory of this program, the goal of Atomic Foundry of Complex Oxides is to develop new functional oxide materials by atomic engineering. Currently it serves as a platform to connect researchers domestically and internationally in the related research fields. In order to promote the performance and visibility of this platform, Taiwan Oxide Forum was held since 2016. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we decided to run an online forum starting in 2020 August.
