School Orchestra

We are the only elementary school in all of Taoyuan City to have a complete school orchestra without having a specialized music stream. Founded in 1998, our orchestra offers music education and practice, and qualifies each year to represent the city in national contests, where our students have reaped many awards. Each year we hold a winter concert in January and a graduation concert in June, which are well-attended and well-received in our surrounding community and serve as a examples to other elementary and secondary schools around ours.

School TV Station

We train our students to be little reporters and master the whole process from selecting and editing news to filming and producing news items. Each morning and noon they capture our campus news, make talk show items, carry out research, collect international news, and campus events. The news items are created, edited, post-produced, and uploaded to our school’s Youtube channel. It gives our students practical skills, broadens their horizons, and showcases the achievements of our school.
