The Society of Postdoctoral Scholars (SOPS) and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) are excited the share the submissions for the first ever SOPS Popular Science Writing Competition!
This competition is intended to provide postdocs with the opportunity to not only expand their writing skills and learn how to effectively communicate their research with the public but to also build effective narratives to promote their work. Participants were tasked to transform a published research paper into an article intended to be read by the general public.
