Hybridspinning technology was developed in collaboration with nanoSPACE Technology s.r.o.
It combines the advantages of centrifugal and electrostatic spinning technologies.
KEY PARAMETERS
Semi-industrial spinning compatible with the industrial production line (straightforward upscaling)
Maximum spinneret rotation is 15,000 rpm
Membrane width: 50 cm
Substrate feed rate: up to 0.5 m/s
Production yield:
UJEP: for 5 gsm, it is about 0.3 m/min
NST: for 5 gsm, it is about 1.22-4 m/min
Flexible unit allowing many additional modifications (inert atmosphere, spray coating, NIR automated fiber detection…).
Preparation of unique dual-layer/interwined membranes (two polymers embedded into one membrane).
Water-based solutions (the solution does not have to be electrically conductive).
Gentle to biological samples.
