Our Staff of 23 people is divided into two groups: the Board (consisting of the Presidents, Internal Vice Presidents, External Vice Presidents, Treasurers, and Administrative Chairs) and the Office (consisting of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chairs, Outreach and Empowerment Directors, Community Building and Wellness Directors, Professional Development Directors, and Publicity Directors). Both work together to make sure BASE is functioning like a well-oiled machine!

We hold staff elections Spring quarter of every academic year, and we'll let everyone know more about the positions and election process when the time comes. For now, the best way to get experience in Staff is to join one of our lovely internship!
