Symposium venue

The symposium will be held in person at UCLA on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

The technical sessions will be held in the Engineering 6 building (marked on map below).

The check-in, box lunch, and refreshment breaks will be held outdoors, in front of Engineering 6.

We will be following the current COVID protocols for UCLA events, posted here. In particular,

on entry, all attendees must show proof of being fully vaccinated or proof of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test (within the previous day) or a negative PCR test (within the previous two days).
attendees must wear a face mask at all times while indoors, and are strongly encouraged to wear them outdoors while not eating or drinking

The nearest parking lot with a self-pay station is Parking Structure 8 (marked on map below). The daily parking fee is $14.
