Tashalee R. Brown, M.D., Ph.D. is a second year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow. She received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and her M.D., Ph.D. from the Weill Cornell/Rockefeller/Sloan Kettering Tri-Institutional MD-PhD Program.
She is currently AACAP’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Emerging Leaders Fellow, APA/SAMHSA Minority Fellow, and a AACAP Pilot Research Award Recipient.
This position will support the Principal Investigator (PI) on a pilot grant, ”CBT – antiracism in mental health intervention." This is a 5 hr/wk position that is designed for an undergraduate student that is organized and motivated to learn through research.
Duties includes:
assisting the principal investigator in participant outreach, recruitment, and screening
conduct focus group with study participants
attending biweekly laboratory meetings.
assisting in study data collection.
