Guided Practice
Let go of the feeling of 'I' and 'mine's. First we'll move the body, paying attention to breath, while honoring our boundaries. Let the breath be your guide. We end with a seated meditation and guided relaxation.
Nkatha came to yoga over a decade ago, looking to find peace in mind body and soul. After practicing for some time, yoga brought the gift of sleep, that was both restorative and energizing. Nkatha wants to guide others in a journey of self discovery, self forgiveness and self love. In classes, elements of breath awareness and mindful movement are used to allow the mind to quiet and balance the body. "Yoga is an effortless dance with Breath and Gravity" -Scaravelli
