Team Materials

Policy briefs are due at 3:30 PM. Upload your policy briefs in PDF form to your team's submission folder (the link to your team's submission folder is found in the email sent from information@datax.ucla.edu).
Be sure to include your theme and team name on the title page.
Do NOT put individual names!
Include references page(s) at the end of your brief

Instructions:

Make a copy of this slides template: Go to File (top left) > Make a copy > Entire presentation
Rename your slides: “Presentation for [Insert Theme] - [Insert Team Name]”
Edit your slides: See the template (slides #2-4) for what should be included in your slides. Please keep your presentation within 5-7 minutes and 1-3 slides total.
Share access: Go to Share (top right) > Under General access > Anyone with the link > Editor
Delete this instructions slide: When you are done, delete the first instructions slide.
Upload completed slides to your team’s unique submission google folder by 4:30 p.m.

File > Move > Locate to your team’s unique submission google folder and drop it in there.
Only one submission per team.

Practice your slides! All teams should practice their presentation in preparation for the Awards Dinner. First place teams will be announced during the Awards Dinner and will present their work.
