Required courses will be added to your registration for you.
Optional courses will be considered following submission of the Course Preference Forms and in combination with the main campus department.
It is possible that you may be placed in the alternative course based on the needs of the cohort as a whole. If this occurs, you may have the option of adjusting your schedule based on seat availability once you are abroad, but not prior to online registration.

Design Program
REQUIRED:
DES304 Collaborative Design (all students enrolled)
CMD450 Communications Design Problems (for all Comm Design majors) or IND481 Ethnography and Culture in Design (for all other majors with the exception of Industrial Design majors who may drop by request). All registered accordingly.
REQUIRED Elective - students placed in one of these two courses:
CRS319.2 London's Creative Industries or DES300 Design, Technology and Society (required for Design Studies majors)
Students will be divided into electives with assistance from the Design Department following CPF collection. Select your preferred section (not guaranteed). Every effort will be made to register students for their first preference, similarly to the required courses above that have multiple sections. Students that miss the CPF deadline will be registered for the course with greatest availability. Students will be registered for the courses above and then self-register for additional electives. Students will be emailed prior to the online registration appointment once registered for the Design program courses (before the online registration appointment opens).
