About Me
I am currently a senior undergraduate student at Syracuse University, majoring in Sport Analytics and minoring in Sport Management and Economics in the David B. Falk College of Sport. At Syracuse University, I serve as a Data Analytics intern for the Softball Team and as an Analytics intern for Wavelength. I am also an active member in the Baseball Statistics and Sabermetrics Club, where I was the Director of Programming last year. In the summer of 2026, I worked with the Hyannis Harbor Hawks of the Cape Cod Baseball League as a Baseball Analytics and Operations Intern. Some of my other past experiences include being a Member Services intern for the Golf Association of Philadelphia (summer of 2025), being a Data Analytics intern for the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League (remote, summer of 2024), and being a Management and Operations intern for Middletown Country Club (summer of 2024).

2025 SABR Case Competition
In March 2025, I had the opportunity to compete in the SABR Diamond Dollars Case Competition, where my team and I won our room competition, finishing as a runner-up in the overall field. We utilized advanced analytical skills and methodologies in a baseball context to measure relief pitchers by creating a dashboard of metrics to better reflect their performance, including redefining the save statistic. My main focus in this case competition was designing our Shiny App, which is linked below the slides.

In February 2026, I had the opportunity to once again compete in the SABR Diamond Dollars Case Competition. We used Markov chain changes in win probability to help identify when power variant hitters should consider shying away from their common approach at the plate in favor of a more win-creation approach at the plate.

Hyannis Harbor Hawks
As a Baseball Analytics and Operations Intern for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks of the Cape Cod Baseball League, I used machine learning and various regression models in R Studio to work on and create analytical projects to present to our General Manager, Assistant General Manager, coaches, and the rest of our front office interns. Some of the projects I worked on included creating a catcher framing model, predicting how average exit velocity, hard hit rate, and barrel rates will decline for players coming to the Cape from college, and creating a variety of apps on Hugging Face to often display the results of my projects for the rest of our staff to access and use for their own tasks. I also made advanced scouting plans on multiple teams' opposing lineups and for our internal bullpen usage, as well as scouted and wrote up many college players in attempts to recommend and eventually sign them to the team. Attached below is a limited sample showing some of what I worked on throughout the summer of 2026.

Syracuse Softball Scouting Reports
As a Data Analytics Intern for the Syracuse Softball Team, I regularly attend practices, collecting data and conversing with players and the coaching staff. One of my main focuses is creating in-depth scouting reports on upcoming opponents, typically on opposing pitchers.
