‘Sup young’uns,
Moonwalk with me to the late 1900s to learn about our Skule™ traditions, academics,
community, and more, through the lens of Pop Art and retro artistic culture!
This slammin’ handbook would not have been possible without my groovy posse. Thank you to: Lauren, Sabaa, Sophie, Jimin, and Gloria for your fantabulous backgrounds, icons, stickers and creative vision that breathed life into this project; Shirleen, Sofia, Supreeth, and Bryce for your stellar puns, research into all things Skule™, and the heart you put into guiding the young’uns; Vinh and Krushni, for curating photos that brought our real experiences to print and made this publication complete. Thank you to the Big Kahuna (Vice President Comms), Christina, for your ongoing guidance; to last year’s Handbook Editor, Aeiou, for creating the glam 2T9 Handbook, which is so dear to my posse and I; and to everyone who made tubular contributions to this project!
Everyone embarks on a unique path through University, and although you will face
daunting changes, you will also find yourself surrounded by people to hype you up. And you, too, will be a lifeline for others as you step into your first year at UofT Engineering.
We await you (non-menacingly),
Ishita Jain | 2T6-2T7 F!rosh Handbook Editor :)
