We are studying molecular mechanism of various disease using Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) and Genome editing technique. We are now focusing on Laminopathies, Werner syndrome, Trisomy syndrome and so on. 

We are focusing IPSC-based drug screening platform for precision medicine. We are developing Image based High Throughput Screening (HTS) platform to test drug toxicity and efficacy.

We are studying epigenetic mechanism of developmental process and disease progression. Using NGS-based technique, we are trying to identify epigenetic and genetic domain such as lamina associated domains (LADs) or topologically associated domains (TADs)
