Registration Form

Registration Process

Fill out and submit the Registration Form, along with the required supporting documents. You can view and download sample documents at Download Document .
After the documents are confirmed, you will receive an email requesting payment of the registration fee to SIIT.
Once your payment is confirmed, a payment receipt will be sent to your email. You can also receive the original payment receipt on the day of the training.

Each batch can accommodate 25 participants. If the batch you registered for reaches full capacity, you can switch to another batch (the number of participants is counted only after payment confirmation).

The registration fee is 5,000 THB per person. However, for those with employees from Japanese companies who meet the conditions, a subsidy of 2,500 THB will be provided by AMIECC.

Required Documents

For Employees of companies in ASEAN countries which Japanese companies which are legal entities registered in Japan, holds the shares of 10% or more (hereinafter referred to as “Japanese-affiliated companies”)

Employee ID card or other documents showing the employment of the trainee

For Employees of non-Japanese affiliated companies in ASEAN countries with recommendation letter from Japanese-affiliated companies to show business relationship

For Individuals who have received a job offer from Japanese-affiliated companies or are participating in an internship of Japanese-affiliated companies
