It's a brand new school year!! This will be my 13th year at Sebeka School and my 6th year in Special Ed. I was a classroom teacher for many years before coming to Sebeka. I am especially enjoying working with the students in small groups in the Special Education setting as I can form good relationships with them and really get to know them. I am originally from Wadena, MN and got my teaching degree from St. Cloud State University. I live in rural Bluffton with my husband, Rick. We have 4 grown children and one grandchild. In my spare time I enjoy going for walks, reading and doing crossword puzzles. I also enjoy outdoor summer activities but winter-- not so much. I look forward to a new year with the students!
