Open Gym

The Sebeka School will be open each Sunday from 6:00-8:00 for use by the community. The gymnasiums will all be available during this time. Use door #10 to stop in for a little exercise and activity!

Snowshoes!

Ever wanted to try snowshoeing but didn’t know where to start? Sebeka School was able to purchase 40-50 pairs of snowshoes, in a variety of sizes, with a grant and they are available for use by the public! Have a free weekend and want to check a pair out? Want to take the whole family snowshoeing? Check them out on a Friday and return them on Monday at no cost. Contact Luke Roberts at lroberts@sebeka.k12.mn.us or 218-837-5101 to take advantage of this great opportunity!

Skating Rink in Sebeka

Sebeka has a skating rink, complete with warming house, lights and boards, that is open to the public! The rink is located on the north side of the school, next to the playground. When the weather is cold enough, watch for information about when the city is able to flood the rink for open skate times! Remember, it needs to be cold for an extended period of time before the rink is able to be flooded. Please keep the building and boards free from vandalism and rep+ort any suspicious behavior that might cause destruction of our community rink!

Walk the Halls

Trying to stay fit in the winter months of Minnesota is never easy. Grab a friend and come walk the halls of the Sebeka School to get your exercise in while staying warm. The school will be open for “Walk the Halls” from 6:30 am - 8:00 am and 3:15 pm - 5:15 pm every day that school is in session. Door #10 (the office doors) will be open at these times. There is no need to pre-register for this event.
