Teacher-Learner (T-L)
Teacher-Learners (T-Ls) was the name chosen for all certified staff with the reasoning that we are all teaching, yet we are all also learning. In the Sebeka Public School Q Comp Plan, the Peer Coaches lead PLCs and observe members in their PLC group and another Peer Coach's group together. All Peer Coaches are observed by each other, clearly indicating all of us are Teacher-Learners, including those that have Career Ladder Positions.
