製圖科沿自民國85年8月1日創立之機械製圖科，在國家技職教育發展目標下建構完整師資陣容，致力於輔導學生使其具備機械圖面繪製、機械設計、產品造型設計、自動化設計、製程規劃等各種專業領域能力。自創科以來，不斷秉持理論與實務兼備、產業需求及專業技術發展並重，以培育與時俱進的機械設計專業人才。

Established in 1996, the Department of Drafting focuses on a technical and vocational education tract. It is home to students who utilize their capacities in mechanical drafting, mechanical design, automated design, and prototypes & design detailing to orient the needs of the changing world. To cultivating talents of mechanical design, we care about the balance of theory and real practice, industrial needs, and skills developing trends in preparing our students for their careers and advanced studies.
