[New grant] Feb 2025: Professor Denis Cormier received a research grant from Plug Power Inc. to develop the additive manufacturing process for solid-state batteries. Zipeng serves as a co-PI for this project. We appreciate the support and partnership!
[Student Award] July 2024: Dan receives the NSF student travel award to attend the Solid Freeform Fabrication (SFF) Symposium.
[New member] May 2024: Elias, Anthony, Issac, and Carter join the group as research assistants for Summer 2024.
[New grant] April 2024: Zipeng received the NSF ERI Award to study the multi-phase ink flow phenomena in direct ink writing (DIW) process.
[New grant] April 2024: Zipeng and Dr. Denis Cormier received the FuzeHub Manufacturing grant to study the integration of real-time in-line data sensing in the direct energy deposition (DED) process. We appreciate the support from our industry partner of Layer Metrics Inc.
