Grounding: Think of 2 things you feel, hear, see, and smell in your current moment
Breathe (practice one of our breathing techniques)
Write it down/draw a picture - choose to keep it in a journal or write it down and crumble it up
Talk about it with an adult (or send in a request to talk to Ms. Bradshaw )
