The following information was presented to RHS student-athletes in January of 2020, by Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD. Each section contains essential information to fuel our student-athlete and help them become a better athlete. You can't always control the game, but you can always control what your put in your body.

Nutrition is such a essential component in athletic performance. Building the body from the inside only furthers your athletic ability on the playing filed.
