Pearce High School is to provide equity of services to all students through a data-driven, high quality comprehensive program that supports and advocates for student success academically, socially and personally in their growth as college, career or military ready future focused leaders prepared to face challenges in a diverse society with confidence.

The vision of J.J. Pearce High School’s comprehensive school counseling program is for all students to be successful and well-rounded academically, socially and emotionally as leaders in and outside of the classroom. We challenge every student through rigorous, innovative and relevant learning experiences, social and emotional development and college and career exploration to be future-focused in their growth and development. We prepare students to face challenges and advocate to remove barriers so students can activate their potential and confidence as productive contributors and leaders of society.
