The Dallas County Promise is available to all eligible Richardson ISD graduates and is a last-dollar tuition grant that will cover any gap between what a student’s state and federal financial aid cover and the cost of tuition at a Promise Partner college.
Promise Scholars also have access to dedicated student supports to help them succeed in college, careers, and life with a commitment to securing a rewarding job in their career pathway. They also have access to transfer grants at these Promise partner colleges and universities.
