Your goal for the Senior Class of 2021?
My goal for this year is to create unity among my fellow peers. I want students to take pride in being a Wildcat whether that is virtual or on campus.
About Lauren
Outside of being the senior class president, Lauren is a member of National Honor Society, National Charity League, Girls service League, Texas Association of Future Educators, the Lake Highlands Wranglers and the Lake Highlands Cross Country Team. Lauren is also active in her church youth group and leadership team as well as Lake Highlands Young Life. Lauren is looking forward to this year and is ready to tackle any challenges that are ahead in order to provide a fun and inclusive senior year for every senior. Her passion for education is what sparks her desire to help teach and train future leaders. She enjoys quality time, good laughs and time outside her family and friends.
Your goal for the Senior Class of 2021?
My goal this year is to have a very involved and united class of seniors. This means that each and every senior in the class of 2021 feels heard and excited to do whatever it takes to make it a great year!
About Bella
Bella is involved GSL, NHS, and plays for the girls basketball team. She loves spending time with friends and family, and loves traveling. Outside of school, she is an acolyte at Saint Michael and all Angels Episcopal church and works in the child care center at Dallas Lifetime Athletic Club.
Your goal for the Senior Class of 2021?
My goal for the senior class of 2021 is for our class to feel united as a whole. I hope that each student in our class will feel as though they are a significant member and that we are able to come together to make a positive impact in our school.
About Alexandra
Aside from being the Class of 2021 Treasurer, Alexandra is an LH Cheer Captain, an Espree member, and participates in competitive dance outside of school. She is also a member of NHS, StuCo, GSL, and Mu Alpha Theta. She loves spending time with her friends and family in addition to traveling and playing musical instruments.
Your goal for the Senior Class of 2021?
My goal for this year is to persevere. Our class will look a lot different than previous years. There will be challenges with an ever evolving virus , but my hope is that we will fight the urge to be upset and work to embrace a new normal. My goal is that we will be grateful for our last year as Wildcats, no matter what the year resembles.
About Sophie
Besides serving as Class Secretary, Sophie is in Accapella Choir, Wranglers, an officer for both HOSA and JWAC , a member of NHS, GSL, and Student Council. Outside of LHHS, she is heavily involved in her church youth group, where she meets each Wednesday for bible study. Sophie enjoys volunteering, she is a member of National Charity League, and has volunteered all over the community. She has a passion for helping others, and investing in relationships. She also loves reading, running, baking and watching sunsets when she has free time.
Your goal for the Senior Class of 2021?
My goals for this year are to give everyone a voice in class decisions and to make all events inclusive and inviting for all.
About Katelyn
Besides being student body historian, Katelyn is a member of Girls Service League, National Honor Society, and A Cappella Choir. Outside of school, she is on Team Young Life, works in Northwest Bibles nursery, nannies, and is involved in Watermark small groups and community.
