Every year, Lake Highlands Junior High holds a school-wide spelling bee.
Every year, Lake Highlands Junior High holds a school-wide spelling bee.
Starting in the classroom level, students study word lists to compete against classmates in their ELA class.
Students who win in their ELA class move on to the school-level spelling bee, which is hosted in the auditorium.
The school's winner will move on to the district-level competition. The runner-up will also attend the district-level bee!

Identify where words become difficult
The list you receive is your grade level list and will work for your classroom bee.
Study by practicing spelling the words with a partner or family member!
