We found that when we used the regular amount of cornstarch (1 ½ cups) the Oobleck was stiff and slimy. When we added only one cup of cornstarch, our Oobleck was too thin and all liquid. When we added 2 cups of cornstarch our Oobleck was very thick. When making Oobleck, it helps to have more cornstarch than not enough. In the future, we might use a different recipe because the cornstarch and water didn’t mix together very well to create slime. In this experiment was the only variable that changed. Our hypothesis was correct, the more cornstarch we used, the thicker our Oobleck became.
