To register your child, please complete the above registration and health information forms. Please also provide a photocopy, scan or picture of your child’s birth certificate. You may provide these documents in-person from 8:30-3:30 or send them electronically to steuoff@g.prsdmb.ca.

The following is information regarding school supplies with school supply costs: School Supplies Letter. The school supplies fee can be paid by e-transfer (to steuoff@prsdmb.ca between Sept.1-7), cash or cheque. Please ensure all e-transfer, cheque and cash payments have your child's name clearly marked so we know whose fees are accounted for. 

On the first day of school, please send the following with your child:

- Indoor running shoes to be kept at school (no wheels on indoor or outdoor shoes)

*Please ensure Velcro footwear for Kindergarten students (no laces)

- Backpack

- Lunch kit

- Water bottle to be kept at school

- For grades 4 to 6: A t-shirt and shorts in a cloth drawstring bag as a change of clothes for P.E.

- School supply fee (unless e-transferred)
