Required Paperwork

Below are the REQUIRED forms that must be filled out and left at the school for Noakers to get prior to the beginning of the School Year:  Schoology Classroom Code will be sent to the student through the Remind App:  To sign up for the Remind App text the number 81010 with @pchswb as the message.

Please complete paper work and drop it off in the front office before the first day of school!

Before you can leave for work based learning I have to have:

1.) A completed application with signatures

2.) An Interview documenting what you want to do after high school and what you want to do for work based learning

3.) Three References from your Junior year teachers. 

4.) The above paperwork 100% completed.

5.) Completion of Orientation for Work Based Learning that takes place on the first day of school.
