Our lab is studying the functions of immune-related proteins to elucidate their role in defense reactions such as PAMP-triggered immunity, effector-triggered immunity and stomatal immunity. Moreover, we are focusing on discovering how plant membrane trafficking systems influence plant-microbe interactions.
本實驗室利用細胞生物學及生物化學等方法,探討植物細菌致病及植物免疫機制。探索未知的植物蛋白來釐清植物免疫網絡,如PAMP triggered immunity (PTI)、Effector triggered immunity (ETI)、與氣孔免疫(Stomatal immunity)。另外,我們也研究植物胞器的運輸機制如何影響植物-病原交互作用。
