深度學習是現在人工智慧裡重要的一環。想做好一個 AI 專案，不管是領域專家還是工程師，都需要一起合作才能成功。不管你的角色站在什麼位置都需要了解深度學習到底是怎麼運作的。

這門課會從零開始介紹深度學習的基本概念，教你怎麼建構神經網路，並帶你看看深度學習在真實生活中的應用。最重要的是，學會「問一個可幫我們解決痛點的好問題」。我們還會討論，怎麼把現實中的問題轉化成深度學習能處理的任務。

甚麼是【混亂】？如何描述？本課程將從簡單的單峰函數開始，透過講故事的方式，帶領聽眾慢慢進入混沌的世界，進一步理解甚麼是混亂，並了解動態系統核心概念及所關心的問題，課程中沒有數學，但可以深刻理解數學如何影響這個世界，找到深藏在宇宙間的密碼。

這門課程討論如何衡量一個國家的所得、失業率與通貨膨脹率；它也介紹一個國家的金融體系、貨幣體系、以及外匯交易市場；最後它也解釋如何使用財政政策與貨幣政策因應一個國家經濟的景氣循環問題。

介紹全球金融科技的發展趨勢與監理變革，分析其對傳統金融產業的影響，並介紹金融科技在銀行、保險、證券產業之創新應用，希望能讓學生掌握當前國際金融科技之創新趨勢脈動。

This course instructs the “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) in real estate finance and investment so that students can apply the technology or software in solving the complicated problems in the real practice. Scope of this course includes the “Computed Assisted Mass Appraisal” (CAMA), Analysis of the “Big Data”  for market projection (e.g., sources from the “Google Trend” or the “Real Transaction Price System in Taiwan”), Mortgage Payment  Calculation (Development of app.), and the Financial  Feasibility Analysis  of Projects (using Excel Function). Students will significantly improve their capability in using the technology, software and the information on the internet for advanced analysis.
