Hey Pumas!
Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! We all know that we have some of the most dedicated, creative, and hardworking teachers around. We want to make sure they know exactly how much they mean to us!
We’ve put together a special way for you to help us celebrate our amazing teachers. Here is how it works:
The Daily Challenge
Pickup: Every morning next week as you enter campus, look for Mrs. Young, Dr. O, or Dr. Reynolds. We will be handing out special "Appreciation Notes" to everyone.
Reflection: Take a second to read the note. Each one describes a different awesome quality.
Delivery: Think of a teacher here at Palm who exemplifies what is written on that note. It could be someone who makes you laugh, someone who helps you understand tough math problems, or someone who always has your back.
Hand-off: Find that teacher during the day and hand them the note!
We want every teacher to feel the love next week. Let’s make sure they know that Palm students are the most grateful students in the world.
Take ownership of your learning! Commit yourself to improvement! Persevere!
Look at your grades in Q and your assignments in your Google Classrooms to see how you're doing academically. If you have a class grade that needs improving, consider which missing assignments or current classwork you can work on.
If you want to feel more confident with your Math or Language Arts skills, consider selecting one of the skills improvement tools.
If you feel like focusing on your health and well-being, consider choosing a SEL activity.
If you are caught up and confident, consider choosing an enrichment activity.

Complete the Pride Time Reflection Form. Click on "Reflection Form" in the upper right corner of this web page, then click on the form for today's date. Filling out the form will qualify you for positive incentives and rewards.
