Biere’s Bakery was created by the students of Canyon Springs High School. We the students were inspired by the courage, personal struggles, and the love our teacher has been through and brings to the world. When Biere was in junior high both her and her best friend decided to find love and enjoyment in certain things, Biere chose hippos. She is now sixty three and has hippos collected all over her room. This childhood adolescence has followed her into adulthood. Biere has always wanted to be a part of something bigger, creating a business that gets her places before she retires. From everything she has been through to every sacrifice made, her relationship with her students stays pure.
