This event marks the 20th Annual Convention of MSP Regions 10, 12, and BARMM, the 2nd Annual Convention of MSP–Negros Island Region (NIR), and the 2nd International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics, and Mathematics Education (ICMSME 2026). It follows the successful first International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics, and Mathematics Education held on October 27–29, 2025, in Boracay, Philippines.

The conference will bring together mathematicians, statisticians, computer scientists, mathematics educators, researchers, students, and professionals from mathematics, statistics, computing, education, and related fields. This year's event will be held in Dumaguete City, Philippines.

Participants can look forward to inspiring plenary lectures, engaging parallel sessions, and interactive poster presentations. The conference offers an excellent opportunity to share research findings, exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations, reconnect with colleagues, and explore emerging developments in pure and applied mathematics, statistics, mathematics education, computing, artificial intelligence, and related fields—all while experiencing the mystique and natural beauty of Dumaguete.

We warmly invite researchers, educators, students, and professionals in pure and applied mathematics, mathematics education, statistics, computing, artificial intelligence, and related disciplines to submit short papers for oral and poster presentations.
