IMPORTANT: 

1. To receive the souvenir items and/or order additional souvenir items, please complete the Google Form (Selection of Conference Souvenir Items) and send not later than October 11, 2024 (JST). Please strictly follow this deadline so the items will be available on time.

2. For registered and paid participants, please select your preferred size for the conference polo shirt. Complete the Google Form on the right.  

Note: If you wish to purchase additional conference souvenir items, please specify the quantity during the registration process. Payment for these items will be made along with the registration fee.

However, if you have already registered and paid your registration fee, you can still specify the quantity by completing the Google Form on the right. Be sure to check the box indicating that you will be purchasing additional souvenir items. You can pay for your additional items either by credit card or in cash (exact amount) at the registration desk.

Important: Please refer to the Polo Shirt Size Chart on the right, which provides the length/height and shoulder width measurements corresponding to each size. (Hint: You may measure the height and shoulder measurements of your favorite and comfortable fitting polo shirt, then match to the closest size in the size chart.)

As these souvenir polo shirts are pre-ordered, it is important to carefully select your size during the registration process. Kindly note that we follow a No-Return, No-Exchange policy for these items.
