Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts should be no more than 250 words in length, written in English, and include the paper title, authors’ names, affiliations, and contact information. The template for abstract submission can be downloaded HERE.

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website by August 15, 2023 through HERE.

• All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process, and acceptance notification will be sent by August 16-30, 2023.

• Accepted papers will be presented at the conference as oral or poster presentations.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to share your research and contribute to the advancement of environmental science.

Presentation Submission Guidelines

1. Presenters are encouraged to send their presentation slides here on or before November 6, 2023

2. Deadline for registration for accepted abstracts is on October 23, 2023. 

3. Should you not be able to pay on the said deadline but would want to confirm your participation to the conference, please pre-register at this link. Please be reminded that payment of registration shall be done on-site (November 8, 2023).
