Home Economics (Technology and Living) in modern education is no longer just about simple "cooking and sewing." Instead, it is a discipline that integrates health sciences, environmental sustainability, resource management, and aesthetic innovation.

• Learning by Doing: With classroom practical sessions at its core, this allows students to accumulate hands-on experience in cooking, sewing, and home management, moving beyond theoretical learning.
• Independence and Problem-Solving Skills: Developing students' independent thinking and ability to solve real-life challenges through practical daily-life scenarios, thereby building confidence and a sense of responsibility.

• More Than Just Cooking, It's Science: Guiding students to understand food nutrition, food safety, and hygiene management, enabling them to plan balanced diets for themselves and their families.
