宇宙に関する研究をしています。
特に銀河の形成と進化に興味があり、すばる望遠鏡や ALMA 望遠鏡を用いた遠方宇宙にある若い銀河の観測を行っています。最近は理論モデルの構築も行っています。

My primary research interests are the formation and evolution of galaxies and large-scale structures. Especially, I am interested in the gas-rich objects at high redshift such as quasar absorption line systems, emission line galaxies.
I have worked on observational studies of high-z galaxies by using the Subaru Telescope, ALMA, and so on.
Recently, I am working on the theoretical approaches by utilizing a semi-analytic galaxy formation model, the New Numerical Galaxy Catalog (ν2GC).
