Go to the North Bus Terminal of JR Mito Station (North Bus Terminal)
The Bus Root Number 5 and 11 from the Bus Stop No.5 and the Bus Root Number 2, 12, 22, 24, 40, 41, 45, 47 from the Bus Stop 7 are available.
Get off at “Ibadai-Mae”(茨大前), or “Ibadai-Seimon-Mae”(茨大正門前), or “Ibadai-Mae-Eigyousho”(茨大前営業所).
It takes approximately 25 min, and the fare is 340 yen.

The oral sessions are held at the Library Hall on the 3rd floor of Library building, and the poster session is at the Learning Commons on the 1st floor.
The registration desk will be open at the entrance of Library Hall on the 3rd floor.
To access the Mito campus by car, please visit the Main Gate (the security guards staying) to get a permission. Then, drive the road to west near the "Hall" indicated in the map below. You can park the parking place located along the west boader of the campus.
