Introduction: 

I am currently a junior majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Physics, with a particular interest in the fundamental principles of chemistry grounded in physical theory. Inspired by Prof. Hsu’s research, which illustrates the applicability of macroscopic quantum electrodynamics to chemical phenomena—a concept that was previously unfamiliar to me. This exposure motivated me to join Professor Hsu’s laboratory, where I am committed to advancing my understanding and contributing to this emerging area of study.
