Invited speakers: Online registration + abstract submission.
Poster presenters: Online registration + abstract submission + flash talk slide upload for the 3-minute flash talk + on-site poster presentation.

Eligibility: Abstract submission is required for invited speakers and poster presenters. General participants do not need to submit an abstract.
Submission Method: Abstracts must be submitted through the official online submission system. Submissions by other means will not be accepted.
Format: Abstracts must be limited to one page and submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). (PDF files will not be accepted.)

A. Poster & Flash Talk Requirements

Each poster presenter is required to give a 3-minute flash talk prior to the poster session.
Poster presenters must upload their 3-minute flash talk slides to the submission system in PowerPoint format by Tuesday, July 21, 2026. No specific slide template is required.

B. Poster Instructions

Poster Size: A0 size, portrait orientation (84 cm wide × 120 cm high).
Presentation Requirement: Poster presenters are required to stand by their posters during the session to explain their work and engage in discussion.
Poster Removal: Posters must be removed promptly after the poster session ends.
