First Round – Poster Session
First Round – Poster Session
During the Poster Session, referees will carefully review all submitted posters. Based on research quality, clarity of presentation, and originality, 18 best posters will be selected to advance to the next stage.
Second Round – Oral Presentation Session
Second Round – Oral Presentation Session
The presenters of the 18 selected posters will be invited to give a 5-minute oral presentation (consisting of a 3-minute talk followed by 2-minute Q&A) during the Oral Presentation Session, scheduled for 2:00 PM – 4:15 PM.

Final Results – Awards Ceremony
After the oral presentations, the evaluation committee will finalize the scores. Winners will be officially announced during the Awards Ceremony, where prizes and travel grants will be awarded.
