Bylaws

Bylaws Revision on March 14, 2024

Selection and induction of members will now be in the Fall of each school year.  This was done for a number of reasons:

• Students who elect to attend a special academy in 11th and 12th grade (AAST, ATA, etc.) will be inducted at those schools.

• The Faculty Council will have a full 2 years of academics and discipline records with which to evaluate potential members. 

• St. James High School is moving towards having a common timeframe for induction of all honor societies.  

Academically qualifying 11th and 12th graders will receive invitations during Q1 each school year.
