(Abstract) I'm working in commutative algebra, a field centered around the study of rings (objects with well-defined addition and multiplication) and their properties. My goal is to construct a taxonomy of certain Hibi rings, which are rings of polynomials associated to partially ordered sets, by looking at their sets of divisorial trace ideals and understanding the manner in which this reflects the structure of the original sets.
