4th Grade
Fourth Grade GT students have been researching figures who exemplify good citizenship. Students created a slideshow and designed a trifold board over their figures. Students have the opportunity in all three classes to work on a GT choice board when they are finished with their classwork.
Our fourth-grade students participated in Hays History Day. The theme for Hays History Day was "Frontiers in History". In the elementary division, there was an individual poster and a group poster. The individual poster was titled "Improved Safety for Navigation" and the group poster was titled "Disability Frontiers". Both posters advanced to the regionals competition and to the state level for Texas History Day. We are so proud of our Hawks!
