Athletics' Requirements

• Per Hays CISD Policy all students seeking to participate in UIL marching band or UIL athletic activities will be required to complete and submit a PPE form each school year (Dated after April 1st for the next school year) . 

• All Athletes must complete all Rank One forms prior to participation.

• Johnson will be hosting Physical Examinations May 20th from 5pm to 8 pm
