Students are introduced to music creation using multiple modes of technology. Students learn how to use digital tools and resources to create, present, respond, and connect to music as an art form and industry. Historical and contemporary developments in music technology are explored.
Mr. Dudman and Mr. Turner lead both programs, bringing their industry experiences into the classroom. They recently presented "Production Techniques for Recording Vocals and Instruments" at the 2026 GMEA In-Service Conference.
Mr. Dudman is an educator, audio professional, and musician currently in his second year teaching music technology and guitar at Peachtree Ridge High School. He has over fourteen years of experience working with clients in commercial and home studio environments. He specializes in studio recording, mixing, mastering, sound editing, and post-production.
He currently produces and co-hosts a bi-weekly podcast, "The Album Argument." Jeremy is the current Chair of the Audio Engineering Society Atlanta Section and is a voting member of The Recording Academy.
Mr. Dudman has an MFA in Recording Arts and Technologies from Middle Tennessee State University and a BA in Commercial Music from Florida State University.

Mr. Turner is a multi-talented songwriter, producer, session musician, artist and educator with a dynamic career that bridges the professional music industry and the classroom. His work spans collaborations with acclaimed artists such as Lecrae, Limoblaze, Hulvey, Jidenna, and J. Holiday. Throughout his journey, Mr. Turner has had the privilege of working alongside Grammy Award-winning producers, engineers, and songwriters, shaping a versatile and impactful sound.
He began his industry career with an internship at BNDWTH Studios in Atlanta, Georgia—a role that evolved into a position as a producer and songwriter with the studio’s label. His diverse experience also includes serving as a music director for Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground, further showcasing his leadership and musical direction skills.
Currently, Mr. Turner brings his industry knowledge to the classroom as a music technology and guitar instructor at Peachtree Ridge High School, where he’s been teaching for the past three years. In addition to his educational work, he continues to pursue his artistry, having released a solo project available on all major streaming platforms.
Passionate about mentoring the next generation of musicians, Mr. Turner is committed to using his experience to inspire and equip young artists as he continues to grow in his own career.
